MCA Oral Prep is developed by Manola Maintenance. This policy explains how we handle your data.
We do not collect personal data beyond the information associated with your Apple account for the purpose of managing subscriptions via the App Store. We do not require you to create an account or provide your name, email address, or any other personal details to use the app.
Speech recognition is processed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in Speech Recognition framework. Your voice audio is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to our servers or any third party.
When you conduct a practice exam, the text of your conversation is sent to our server to generate examiner responses. Exam session text is processed by a third-party service (Anthropic) to generate examiner responses. This data is used solely to provide the exam simulation service and is not retained by Anthropic for model training. Session text is not stored permanently on our servers and is discarded after the session ends.
MCA Oral Prep does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools. We do not track your behaviour, location, or device activity.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to any third parties beyond the processing described in the Exam Session Data section above. This processing is subject to Anthropic's data handling policies.
Your exam history, progress statistics, and settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data is not transmitted to our servers. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the app.
MCA Oral Prep is not directed at children under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above and notify users through an app update.
